Job Description:
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Software Testing Lead (A3) with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, mobile testing, and Agile Quality Engineering practices.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and owning end-to-end testing for assigned releases, while driving automation adoption, quality standards, and continuous improvement across digital applications and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and own end-to-end manual and automated testing for assigned releases.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using Selenium (Java), Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and REST API frameworks.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for assigned modules, owning quality gates and release exit criteria.
- Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE during sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions.
- Validate user stories within the sprint cycle and ensure early defect detection.
- Contribute to automation framework stability, optimization, and best practices.
- Utilize AI-assisted testing solutions for test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, and self-healing automation.
- Define and optimize functional, regression, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Leverage cloud-based and shared automation frameworks to improve quality and execution efficiency.
- Mentor junior QE engineers (A1/A2), perform code reviews, and promote QE standards and continuous improvement practices.
