fulfillment associate, part-time

merch., the first Black-owned merchandise company to hit Broadway is growing! we’re currently seeking a part-time fulfilment associate to support daily operations and eCommerce at our kearny, NJ-based warehouse.

what we ask:

• accurately packing and labeling orders for all outbound shipments
• maintaining organized and up-to-date stock levels
• monitoring inventory levels and reporting when items are low or out of stock
• assisting in receiving and storing inbound merchandise
• supporting small-scale in-house production runs when needed
• ensuring quality control and proper packaging for all products
• communicating proactively with the fulfillment manager regarding inventory or shipment issues

what you have:

• retail or customer service experience. preferably in the theatrical or entertainment industry.
• ability to problem solve, think on your feet and a “do what it takes” attitude.
• strong organizational and communication skills are required and an ability to effectively communicate needs.
• must be 18 years or older to apply.
• ability to lift 40 lbs. 

wish list:

• an interest/experience in theatre and entertainment is desired but not required.
• the ideal candidate is a fun and engaging quick learner and self-starter with gusto and a desire to grow! 

what's the pay?

• $17-$19/hour
• benefits package available 

What are the hours?

• 12:30pm-6pm weekday (2-3 days).
• unpaid meal breaks to follow new jersey state guidelines.
