    Job description

    Position Overview

Join the Food & Beverage leadership team at Mt. Hood Meadows as our Restaurant Manager and help create memorable dining experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier mountain destinations. This dynamic, guest-focused leadership role oversees daily operations across the Alpenstube, Vertical, Loft, and Bull Wheel Bar, while also supporting banquets and special events throughout the season. From the first chair to the final après gathering, you’ll play a key role in shaping the hospitality experience for thousands of guests.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead and develop front-of-house teams, oversee scheduling and payroll functions, ensure compliance with food safety and OLCC standards, and maintain exceptional service across multiple venues. Working closely with culinary leadership, you’ll balance staffing levels, drive operational efficiency, support training and development initiatives, and help create an environment where both guests and employees can thrive. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping into the operation, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced mountain setting.

This is more than just a management position; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger. You'll play a key role in upholding our commitment to hospitality, sustainability, and mountain stewardship, all while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth. From scheduling and payroll to guest recovery and special event execution, you’ll help ensure that every visit to Mt. Hood Meadows is memorable.
