Job description

"ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR NEW CAREER STARTS HERE"

Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airline Ramp Turnaround Coordinators at MCO International Airport.

PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

DEPARTMENT: Orlando (MCO)

Hallmark Aviation is thrilled to welcome driven and experienced aviation professionals to join our team as Airline Ramp Turnaround Coordinators at Orlando International Airport (MCO)! If you thrive in high-energy environments, love working with aircraft operations, and take pride in precision and teamwork, this is your opportunity to lead from the ramp and make a real impact every single day. As a Turnaround Coordinator, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time flight departures while being at the center of ground operations.

Requirements and Skills Needed: We’re looking for aviation professionals with a minimum of 12 months of airline experience (preferred), ramp and bag room experience (preferred), and a strong working knowledge of airline product systems and procedures. Candidates should also be familiar with airline computer systems, have the ability to perform under pressure, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding ramp teams. The ability to travel for training is required.

Specific Duties Include: Coordinating Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control; maintaining daily trip files, station traffic reports, and handling-related statistical data; supervising ramp functions; conducting operational safety and load security checks prior to departure; and leading all operational activities during irregularities. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all phases of aircraft handling—including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding—as well as overseeing loading and unloading, ensuring proper buildup and securing of cargo and luggage. Close coordination with gate agents and passenger service teams is key, as well as ensuring accurate Bag Scan handling and maintaining LBI (Left Behind Baggage Index) control. You’ll provide daily performance reports, document delays, ensure the implementation of new procedures and product enhancements, and make sure all operations are always aligned with safety, security, and legal regulations.

This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly contributes to smooth, safe, and efficient flight operations. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and the chance to work with a team that values excellence and professionalism. If you’re ready to take your aviation career to the next level and lead with confidence on the ramp, Hallmark Aviation wants to hear from you. Join us and help keep the world moving—one flight at a time.
