General Labor, Production LaborerJoin McCain as a full-time Production Laborer earning $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus bonus eligibility and an hourly pay differential for applicable shifts. We are hiring now across all shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.In this role, you will support our manufacturing operations by performing a range of basic production tasks according to established procedures. Fundamental math skills for routine calculations and measurements are key to keeping our production processes running efficiently.What You'll Do•Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers as they relate to daily production tasks.•Apply basic math operations across various units of measurement, including money, weight, volume, and distance.•Assist in general production activities, consistently meeting quality and safety standards.•Complete additional tasks as assigned by Production Supervisors.Work EnvironmentThis role involves regular exposure to:•Wet and/or humid conditions•Moving mechanical parts•Fumes or airborne particles•Toxic or caustic chemicalsRequirements•Basic numeracy skills, with the ability to perform core mathematical operations across multiple units of measure.•Ability to work effectively within a team and follow standard operating procedures.•Willingness to take on various duties and adapt to changing production requirements.What We OfferAt McCain, we put employee safety and wellbeing at the heart of what we do.
