Mavn Creators

mavn is looking for a culturally plugged-in Creator Partnerships Coordinator with an exceptional eye for emerging talent. You’ll help grow the mavn network by discovering and recruiting the next generation of creators, before everyone else knows their names.

This role is focused entirely on creator discovery and recruitment, not campaign management.

You’ll identify high-potential creators across priority markets, niches, and cultural communities and proactively bring them into the mavn ecosystem. Some recruitment will be driven by immediate campaign needs, while the rest will focus on building our creator pipeline ahead of demand.

What You'll Do

• Scout emerging and established creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Identify creators in priority markets, categories, niches, and cultural communities based on mavn’s growth needs
• Own outbound creator recruitment, from initial outreach through application and onboarding
• Build targeted creator lists for upcoming campaigns and client opportunities
• Quickly source and recruit creators when campaigns require specific demographics, locations, interests, or audience profiles
• Proactively build creator pipelines in markets and categories where mavn is seeing increased brand demand
• Identify emerging creator trends, communities, and talent before they become obvious
• Maintain an organized pipeline of creator prospects, outreach, responses, and recruitment status
• Work closely with the mavn team to understand where gaps exist within our network and actively fill them
• Share insights on emerging talent, platform trends, and cultural communities that could create new opportunities for mavn and our brand partners

Who You Are

You live on social media and naturally know who’s next.

You have a strong instinct for talent, culture, and what makes a creator valuable beyond follower count. You’re curious, resourceful, and comfortable researching deeply to find people who aren’t already on every agency roster.

You’re also confident reaching out cold, building genuine connections, and getting creators excited about joining a growing network.

• Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach pipelines
• Take initiative and can work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Want to build a career in the creator economy, influencer marketing, talent, partnerships, or community growth

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, casting, social media, recruiting, or community growth is a plus but it isn’t required. We’re equally interested in someone early in their career who has an exceptional eye for creators and knows how to find and connect with them.
