As aProductionProcessControlEngineer,you'llcontribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The role:
As aProduction Process ControlEngineeryou will help drive our goals by:
Setting up,monitoringand troubleshooting PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during assigned shifts.
Optimizing process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimizerejectsand limit downtime.
Ensuring products consistently meet customer and quality specifications through effective process control.
Supporting the introduction ofnew technologiesby developing procedures and training colleagues.
Collecting and reporting operational, safety and process data including shift summaries and incident reports.
Championing health,safetyand environmental compliance in line with JM Life Saving Policies.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree inan engineeringdiscipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.
Experience working in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
Strong understanding of process optimization,troubleshootingand continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of health,safetyand environmental compliance in an industrial setting.
Ability to train,coachand collaborate effectively within shift-based teams.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
