- Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and orderingย
- Provide solution-based recommendations based on equipment needsย
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices with a high level of accuracyย
- Maintain and manage inventory levels and organizationย
- Work closely with service technicians and operations teamsย
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolutionย
- Ensure all transactions and documentation are accurate and completeย
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceย
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- High level of accuracy in order processing and parts identificationย
- Strong customer satisfaction and timely response to requestsย
- Efficient handling of multiple priorities and inquiriesย
- Well-organized and accurate inventory managementย
- Positive contribution to team performance and branch operations
- Experience in parts, automotive, industrial, or material handling preferredย
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsย

- Experience with inventory systems or ERP systems is a plus
