Seasonal Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Surgery

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dynamic OR Surgery team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surgical procedures and patient care, particularly within the orthopedic, neurology, and vascular specialties. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment such as DaVinci Robotics and Mako technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and proper patient care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to facilitate surgical processes.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Monitor patient vitals and assist in post-operative care as needed.
  • Adhere to unit guidelines and policies, including on-call requirements.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum 6 months current CST hospital experience required.
  • NBSTA Certification is a must.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience with DaVinci Robotics and knowledge in orthopedics, neurology, and vascular procedures preferred.
