    Make a Difference Every Day
    Our Mission:
At Marrakech, your work truly matters. We provide person-centered support and advocacy that enhances quality of life and promotes independence for individuals with and without disabilities always with dignity, respect, and meaningful connection at the center.
For more than 50 years, Marrakech has supported over 1,000 individuals across Connecticut each year, helping people of all abilities build confidence, independence, and strong community connections.
    Our Vision:
We envision a world where every individual is valued for their inherent worth-regardless of ability or circumstance-and has equitable access and support to lead a life of their own design.
    About the Role
As a Day Program Manager, you'll be the key leader in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, with varying levels of physical support needs, in a Day Program Setting. You'll build and lead a compassionate, mission driven team by hiring, training, and mentoring like-minded staff who share your passion for helping people live safe, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, foster a positive home culture, and build trusting relationships that encourage independence, personal choice, and dignity. You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative team members who provide strong support, allowing you to focus on what matters most, your residents and your team.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who values purpose driven work, professional growth, and making a real difference every day.
    Your responsibilities may include:
    • Ensuring that individualized support and behavior plans are implemented properly

    • Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

No two days are the same-and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
    What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who see themselves as leaders and have a contagious passion for assisting others.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years related progressive experience and/or training.
    • Two years of progressive experience working with people who have a developmental disability. One year must include supervisory responsibilities.
