    As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing go-to-market plans aimedat high-net-worthadvisors within the insurance sector. You willleverageyourexpertisein strategic marketing and understanding of the insurance industry to create innovative strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive growth, and ensure weremainthe partner of choice for clients.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for targeting advisorsegments, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.

    • Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of clients, identifying key trends and opportunities within the insurance industry.

    • Campaign Development:Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to advisors,utilizinga mix of digital, print, and in-person tactics.

    • Relationship Building:Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with advisors, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support.

    Salary range is expected to be between

    $85,300.00 CAD - $135,300.00 CAD

    Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
