Job Description:

AMREP Supplier Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to provide leadership to our OEM partner's team. You will be working with the world's best in electronics manufacturing and will play a critical role in the successful realisation of cutting edge products.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing processes to ensure successful product realisation. Experience in consumer products and/or consumer electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
  • Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
  • Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
  • Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Experience in NPI/DFM activities will be highly regarded.
