Mancan is working with a hotel in Millersburg seeking a laundry attendant. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Hours may vary based on the needs of the hotel. Standard shift is 9am-5pm. Pay is $20/hour for any days worked Monday-Friday and $25/hour on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial laundry machines to clean linens, towels, and other laundry items.
- Fold and organize linens, towels, and uniforms according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
- Ensure all laundry items are promptly delivered to the appropriate departments (housekeeping, guest services, etc.).
- Adhere to hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Must be willing to crosstrain in housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move items as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
