Job description

Senior Manager, Alliance Program ManagementJob Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and operational liaison for assigned external alliances and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with partner organizations at all levels.
  • Facilitate joint governance meetings, steering committees, and operational reviews with alliance partners.
  • Drive alignment on program objectives, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with alliance agreements, contracts, and collaboration frameworks.
  • Monitor partner performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across internal functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal) and external partners to deliver program goals.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent alliances and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ensure all program activities are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Bridge site operations teams and global program leadership to align local execution with enterprise priorities.
  • Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
  • Prepare program status reports and executive-level updates.
  • Translate complex technical and operational information for stakeholders.
  • Foster transparency and open communication across alliance interfaces.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nuclear Chemistry, Radiochemistry, or related; M.S. or Ph.D. strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry; at least 5 years in process development and/or manufacturing (small molecule and/or RPT a plus).
  • Deep understanding of process development, API manufacturing, tech transfer, CMC, and GMP manufacturing; radiopharmaceutical manufacturing principles, isotope logistics, and RPT regulatory frameworks a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-site programs; PMP a plus.
  • Prior alliance/partner management (CDMOs/strategic alliances preferred).
  • Experience operating in matrix organizations across site and global teams.
