Senior Director (L4) | Build the operating engine behind Loudr’s next chapter.

• COMPENSATION: $180,000 annual salary

The Opportunity

Loudr is at a point where growth requires more than excellent individual departments. It requires one leader who can see the whole system, connect it, challenge it, and build what comes next.

This is one of the most influential leadership seats in the company. As a visible member of Loudr’s senior leadership team, you will help shape company priorities, organizational structure, and the way the agency grows. You will lead the operational performance, integration, and scalability of our delivery organization across Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, Web & SEO, Technology, Automation & AI, Project Management, and Creative Operations.

This is not a traditional project management or traffic role. You will lead leaders, make enterprise-level decisions, set standards, create visibility, and ensure Loudr delivers work that is creatively distinctive, commercially effective, and sustainably profitable.

Working closely with the President & COO, Client Services, Finance, People Operations, Technology, and discipline leaders, you will own Loudr’s delivery operating system from intake and scoping through execution, optimization, quality assurance, and learning.

• Build one connected delivery engine. Create the systems, rhythms, and accountability that allow every discipline to operate as one agency.
• Lead leaders. Develop strong discipline heads, clarify decision rights, and raise the standard for ownership across the company.
• Turn growth strategy into operating reality. Translate ambition into capacity, structure, priorities, talent, process, and measurable execution.
• Create commercial discipline. Make scope, utilization, staffing, delivery performance, and margin visible enough to act on early.
• Operationalize innovation. Turn AI, automation, technology, and LVIS into daily advantages for our teams and clients.

What You Will Own

Lead the Agency Operating System

• Own the day-to-day operational performance of Loudr’s delivery organization.
• Build clear operating rhythms across intake, scoping, prioritization, staffing, production, approvals, quality assurance, delivery, and post-project learning.
• Create real visibility into timelines, dependencies, capacity, scope, risks, blockers, and decision ownership.
• Simplify handoffs, reduce rework and unnecessary meetings, and solve recurring breakdowns at the root.
• Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks that scale Loudr’s best work without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

Connect Strategy, Creative, Media, and Performance

• Ensure strategy translates into actionable briefs, channel plans, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Create stronger feedback loops so media and performance insights improve creative, and creative/audience responses improve media.
• Establish shared language, standards, and success measures across disciplines.
• Raise the bar for integrated, full-funnel work that is both creatively powerful and commercially effective.

Own Capacity and Profitable Delivery

• Own agency-wide capacity planning, resource visibility, utilization, and delivery forecasting.
• Partner with Finance, Client Services, and department leaders on labor costs, contractor spend, staffing plans, margins, and forecasted demand.
• Make proactive hiring, outsourcing, process, and resource-allocation recommendations based on data.
• Connect client performance, staffing, scope, and profitability so tradeoffs are understood and acted on early.
• Balance client commitments and business performance with sustainable workloads for our people.

Turn Technology and AI Into an Operating Advantage

• Partner with Technology and AI leadership to embed automation and AI into Loudr’s delivery model.
• Champion adoption of Loudr’s AI ecosystem, including LVIS, across research, forecasting, creative testing, reporting, quality assurance, and workflow automation.
• Prioritize tools and use cases that improve insight, quality, speed, capacity, and profitability, then measure the impact.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management while reinforcing human oversight, data security, quality control, and client trust.

Lead People and Organizational Evolution

• Lead, coach, and develop senior delivery leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Clarify roles, goals, decision rights, performance expectations, and the accountability structure needed for growth.
• Identify organizational gaps and recommend changes to roles, structure, talent, or leadership responsibilities.
• Help teams navigate change with transparency, context, confidence, and a company-first mindset.
• Be a visible, accessible, trusted leader who creates clarity and holds a high bar with humanity.

Be an Enterprise-Level Partner

• Serve as a key connector among Delivery, Client Services, Finance, People Operations, Technology, and executive leadership.
• Support high-priority client strategies, complex delivery challenges, and senior client conversations with an integrated agency perspective.
• Ensure client expectations align with scope, resources, timing, performance goals, and delivery realities.
• Surface risks early, resolve competing priorities, and establish clear ownership for action.
• Reinforce Loudr’s role as a strategic growth partner, not a tactical vendor.

Experience That Will Help You Win

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in agency operations, integrated marketing, creative operations, media operations, strategy, performance marketing, or agency leadership.
• Advertising or marketing agency experience is required. You have led significant operational parts of an agency, not only individual projects within one function.
• Demonstrated success leading senior delivery leaders while cross-functionally aligning with Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Content, Media, Production, Web, SEO, and Technology teams.
• Strong command of agency workflows, capacity planning, resource management, utilization, forecasting, and delivery operations.
• Experience partnering with Finance on profitability, labor costs, contractor spend, staffing, forecasting, and margins.
• A working understanding of paid media, performance measurement, analytics, attribution, and full-funnel strategy.
• A track record of improving systems, processes, accountability, and organizational performance during growth or change.
• Executive presence with clear written, verbal, client-facing, and change-leadership communication skills.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, or technology-enabled operations is strongly preferred.
• EOS familiarity is a plus. Jewelry, luxury, retail, or multi-location business experience is also a plus.
