    POSITION: Program Analyst - WBS & Acquisition

    LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)

    STATUS: Full time - Contingent Hire

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
    • Experience: 5+years of related experience with Supports development and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), acquisition schedules, and major program artifacts for Marine Corps
    • Must Haves: Extensive experience with coordinating milestone documentation, contract deliverables, and acquisition decision support packages across engineering, logistics, and business teams to ensure traceability to cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
    • Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance
    • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
    • Skills: Relevant DoD acquisition or sustainment experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Client Familiarity: USMC
    • Tools Familiarity: DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU courses


    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Support program management, engineering, logistics, or analytical tasking as assigned
    • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and acquisition schedules
    • Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
    • Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
    • Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
