In our unique remote work environment, clinicians collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals. As part of our school-based services, our LCSW plays a crucial role in remote treatment planning and consultations that meet adolescents where they are, both physically and emotionally. The ability to work from home fosters a balanced work-life routine while still making a profound impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate skill-building workshops and resources for adolescents that target their specific needs and promote sustainable personal development.
  • Engage actively as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans, conducting thorough crisis evaluations and interventions as necessary.
  • Perform crisis intervention assessments and screenings to tailor treatment methods appropriately and ensure effective delivery of care.
  • Provide specialized treatment for adolescents facing serious mental health issues, cognitive impairments, or developmental challenges, customizing interventions to address their distinctive needs.
  • Lead group counseling sessions that encompass a variety of mental health subjects, providing a supportive environment for collective learning and healing.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client intake, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring consistent communication among the care team.
  • Train probation and detention staff on effective skill-building strategies for adolescents they supervise, improving outcomes in community settings.
  • Work diligently to coordinate discharges with local community providers to effectively bridge care and promote continued support following clinical services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role centers on supporting adolescents grappling with a spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our clinic fosters a culture of empathy and holistic care, ensuring that diverse cultural backgrounds are acknowledged and respected in all interactions.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
  • Must possess a current and active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience in adolescent counseling and sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also thriving in independent atmospheres.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in school-based mental health services or adolescent counseling is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in treatment plans for adolescents.
  • Ability to implement trauma-informed care practices and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on factors such as geographic location, experience, and education. Our robust benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families.

  • A sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, enhancing the onboarding experience.
