The Work
The Submarine C5I Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) program is seeking a full-time, highly motivated Engineering Aide to provide technical support in an Agile environment. You will join the Bay team to perform hardware and software installations, conduct build checkouts, and execute rootcause troubleshooting while supporting Integration & Test (I&T) engineers with system testing and issue documentation.A government security clearance is required.
Who You Are
Key Responsibilities:
Operate within an Agile environment, emphasizing continuous integration of hardware and software.
Perform basic hardware and software installation and routine maintenance activities.
Manage hardware and software configurations, including version control.
Conduct regular build checkouts to maintain configuration integrity.
Execute system testing and evaluation activities.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues to isolate the root cause.
Record test outcomes, failure reports, and any gaps in documentation.
Follow the team lead's guidance and work together to prioritize tasks efficiently.
