Job description

Join Our Team as an Associate Electronics Engineering Manager responsible for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) for NASA's Orion Program covering test labs across several Lockheed Martin and NASA facilities.
Location: This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Littleton CO and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
Responsibilities include the management of cost, schedule, and technical commitments in support of integrated avionics test capabilities for multiple spacecraft in production.
Leadership responsibilities include management of the EGSE team following established procedures, processes, and work plans to ensure customer expectations and performance measures are met.
Organization reporting and status includes working directly with the EGSE Senior Manager with occasional briefings to the program and customer stakeholders covering technical performance, schedule, planning, and financial performance.


To be effective in this role, you will need:
Relevant experience as a leader that demonstrated full spectrum behaviors.
5+ years professional experience.
