Responsibilities

• Operate stump grinding equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport and set up equipment at job sites
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and clients when needed
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all safety procedures and job-site protocols

Qualifications

• Experience operating stump grinders or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
