Welding Technician
Are you looking to work for a company that provides an innovative work environment, and your voice is heard? We have a position for a Welding Technician to work onsite at our client in Raymond, OH

What you will be doing:
  • Perform MIG/TIG welding on prototype vehicle structures and components
  • Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld specifications
  • Support fabrication, fit-up, and structural modifications
  • Inspect weld quality and ensure compliance with standards
  • Work closely with engineering and build teams to address issues
We are looking for individuals who:
  • Demonstrate reliability and strong attendance
  • Are willing to learn and take direction
  • Can adapt to change in a dynamic environment
  • Take ownership and pride in their work
  • Maintain attention to detail and safety compliance
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential:
  • Prior welding experience (automotive or similar industry preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Understanding of weld symbols and measurement tools
Preferred:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move in/around vehicles for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and handle components as needed
  • Willingness to work overtime with short notice when required
