Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Lee County, MS
Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year, based on experience
Shifts: Day Shift & Night Shift Available
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in the Lee County, MS area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven background supervising manufacturing employees and production processes.

A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead manufacturing employees during assigned shifts.
  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure production goals are met.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor product quality and address production issues as they arise.
  • Help maintain efficient workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate production updates, issues, and needs to management.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and other operational needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
  • Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing employees.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve production issues.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work either day or night shift.
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Day and night shift opportunities are available. Shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
