We're a rapidly expanding roofing company looking for a Customer Service Representative who's ready to dominate the phones, convert leads fast, and rise to the top. Here, your drive determines your income - and top performers are recognized, rewarded, and promoted.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
  • Respond to inbound leads within minutes
  • Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
  • Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
  • Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
  • Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
  • Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
