We're hiring dependable Construction Workers to join our team on an active commercial construction project in Mooresville. If you enjoy working outdoors, don't mind physical work, and want to build a career in construction, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist Foremen and Superintendents with daily construction tasks
- Perform general labor, site cleanup, and material handling
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment when assigned
- Help set up and tear down equipment
- Prepare work areas for different trades
- Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Direct traffic when needed to maintain a safe work area
- Wear proper PPE and follow all OSHA and site safety requirements
- Attend daily safety meetings
- Work overtime and weekends when project schedules require
- Show up on time, ready to work with a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of construction or related labor experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
