Position Description

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking to fill three Administrative Assistant positions. These roles are essential to supporting day-to-day operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and contributing to a high-quality experience for both our team members and customers.

Primary Duties

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation, reports, and records.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Support customer interactions, ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
• Assist with project coordination and execution of key initiatives.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Support leadership with daily operational priorities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Plan and support corporate events and initiatives that drive employee engagement and community involvement.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience demonstrating a polished, dependable professional presence with a strong work ethic and consistent accountability.
• Experienced in maintaining composure under pressure while applying strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and empathy.
• Skilled in building and sustaining positive, collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Experienced in effective communication with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
