Position SummaryLady Slipper is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Guard to help provide a safe, welcoming, and upscale environment for our guests and staff. This role is more than simply providing security it is about delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a calm, confident presence. The ideal candidate is observant, composed under pressure, and committed to creating a first-class guest experience.
Requirements
Security GuardResponsibilities- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and interior spaces to maintain a safe environment.
- De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment and professional communication.
- Enforce house policies respectfully and consistently.
- Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Conduct routine security checks throughout the venue.
- Work closely with management and staff to address safety concerns.
- Complete incident reports accurately and thoroughly when necessary.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Assist with closing security procedures.
