The Director of Finance will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the financial, compliance, administration, tax, and legal activities of the company, which has two locations: the main production location in Fargo, ND, which houses most of the company's functions, and our sales and service location in Apex, NC. The primary location for the Director Finance will be in Fargo, ND.

• You have a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; a Master's degree in Finance, MBA, and/or CPA is preferred.
• You have 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• You have a minimum of two years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• You have strong knowledge of accrualbased accounting principles.
• You have experience ensuring accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS/HGB.
• You have a solid understanding of workinprocess (WIP) accounting.
• You have experience with job costing and/or projectbased cost accounting.
• You have excellent management and supervisory skills.
• You have strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• You have proficiency with database systems and accounting software applications.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have the ability to support crosscultural collaboration and promote transparent communication.
• You have ERP system knowledge and handson experience; SAP experience is a strong plus.
