Job description

Release & Engineering Operations

Manage end-to-end release readiness processes, including planning, execution tracking,

risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful

delivery and release of product capabilities.

Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch

readiness, and post-release reviews.

Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams.

Facilitate decision-making, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability.

Communicate program status and risks clearly to the cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to

increase team effectiveness and execution velocity.

Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery.

Drive accountability through clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor.

Skills:

Required

5 years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical

Program Management, or related roles.

Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases.

Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering

operations.

Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality

Engineering teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.

Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.
