Kids Workshop

The Counselor/Van Driver works closely with school-age children, providing supervision and support in various activities. This role requires an energetic individual who can plan engaging activities, assist with homework, ensure safe transportation, and maintain effective communication with children and other team members. A clean driving record and a high school diploma or GED are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and transport
• Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational and educational activities
• Assist children with homework and learning tasks
• Drive children safely to and from designated locations
• Monitor child safety and behavior at all times
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Support positive behavior and conflict resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in childcare or youth support
