Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Ten (10) years' experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, * and development efforts for defense organizations. * Ten (10) years' experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio * of programs) exceeding $100M in value. * Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing. * Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five (5) years' experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI. * Five (5) years' experience with the DoW's Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series. * Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers. * Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders. Education: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: * System Engineering * Aerospace Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Physical Sciences * Software Engineering * Cyber Engineering * AI /ML Engineering Preferred Skills and Experience: * Ten (10) years' experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with * stakeholders across the DoW. * Five (5) years' experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies * (EM/RF).
