Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to be a trusted technical advisor and partner on their transformation journey with ServiceNow. The role involves establishing an enterprise-wide technical architecture, driving standardization, and providing guidance in technical success areas to ensure optimal platform performance.
Responsibilities:
• The Architect will establish an enterprise wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for enduring success of proposed solution to Telecommunication.
• Drives standardization and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery.
• Institute technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long term technical risk.
• Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovation that drive new value.
• Build a platform/solution team focused on delivering value and innovation to our clients.
• In collaboration with our client platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams, the Architect engagement will provide guidance in technical success focus areas determined to be essential in helping TechM achieve our desired outcomes.
• The Architect will find the right technical path and keeps our solutions aligned with proven best practices with Telecommunication focus.
• Establish and work with our Telecommunication partners to create and integrate a TechM supplied enterprise wide solutions and technical architecture.
• Set the implementation strategy of various ServiceNow modules and set the foundation for TechMs ability to supply solutions to Telecommunication.
• Drive standardization and best practice platform management, enabling TechM to focus on value delivery.
• Apply their deep understanding of system and software architecture to design complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Telecommunication.
• Lead and prescribe clients to best practice and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Direct a team of technical architects and specialists that design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems for our business clients.
• Responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation of programs, and liaising with the software development team as needed.
• Have a knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands on experience in software development.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and C#.
• Ability to solve complex IT issues.
• Experience in Program governance, Technical governance, Platform operating model, Environmental and platform health, Platform design guidance, Technical guidance, Configuration review Technical governance, Defines, guides, and supports the execution of our technical governance processes, Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve our desired outcomes and foster end user adoption, Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

• Practical and real life experience in enterprise wide networks and services.
• Experience in leading and prescribing clients to best practice and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
• Experience directing a team of technical architects and specialists that design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems.
• Knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
