Experience with extensive technical documentations
Assembly / Disassembly / inspection procedures of electromechanical systems, for Oil&Gas Drilling Tools.
Electronic procedures (TracLabs PRIDE system).
Generating (visual) content from technical documents like drawings or CAD models.
Internal project management and monitoring capability.
Planning of timelines for work packages in collaboration with BH.
Monitoring and reporting of progress on work packages.
Quality management capability
Internal QA on delivered content according to BH specifications – "first time right”.
Reporting of KPIs and corrective actions.
Training capability
Internal knowledge database in addition to BH guidelines.
Internal training of required knowledge in case of attrition or increase in team size.
Expecting new resources to start fully trained on required software and BH guidelines without BH involvement.
