Job Description Overview: Detail oriented individual with cross competency background in Cybersecurity to join our team as a cyber security advisor and consultant. Responsibilities will include engaging with clients on a variety of cybersecurity areas ranging from Risk & Compliance, Network & Application security, digital identity, security operations and data security

This role will entail working as a cybersecurity trusted advisor for our clients and build deep relationships at the CX and CX 1 levels to position us as the trusted and preferred partner. To be successful in this role, the individual should have excellent attention to detail as well as strong strategic planning skills. They must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, and Security Audits.

Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems, and troubleshooting of the network. The individual should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as top notch technical skills. Responsibilities: Some of the activities expected from this role are listed below ¿ Assessing potential security threats or breaches and creating contingency plans for when breaches occur.

¿ Testing and analyzing assets for potential security threats. ¿ Identifying possible security threats and determining the best security measures. ¿ Designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, policies, plans, and systems to cover all possible security threats.

¿ Coordinating and briefing a team of security specialists and assigning tasks. ¿ Meeting with clients to discuss security measures, provide information, and explaining the mitigation/remediation plans. ¿ Running risk assessment and security tests and designing countermeasures to eliminate as many potential risks as possible.

¿ Compiling and presenting reports to management. ¿ Suggesting improvements to existing security systems, processes, and procedures. ¿ Remaining up to date with the latest security systems, tools, trends, and technology.

¿ Training staff to recognize and defend against security breaches and risks. ¿ Work closely with the cybersecurity support teams and other cross functional teams like network, infrastructure, applications, helpdesk, to drive the overall business objectives of the customer. ¿ Liaison with the different internal support teams like finance, contracts, legal, sales, Pre Sales competencies to ensure that customer commitments for proposals, contracts, deliverables etc.

are met in a timely manner. ¿ Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks. ¿ Troubleshooting security and network problems.

¿ Responding to all system and/or network security breaches. ¿ Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls. ¿ Participating in the change management process.

¿ Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities. ¿ Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization. ¿ Conduct monthly vulnerability code scans; Support incident response processes during security related incidents.

¿ Evaluation of new technologies, tools, and/or development techniques that impact security. ¿ Review existing solution and assist in making refinements improving security; Review, analyze, and evaluate both internally developed software and vendor products and procedures to address security requirements and concerns. ¿ Assist and oversee Security Operations including vulnerability management, data loss/leakage prevention, and incident response.

¿ Assist to develop application security and product best practices to standardize security practices.
