Job Summary

Our goal is to provide superior property management services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us properly maintain payable information. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Participate as a key member of the financial operations team to deliver exceptional services
  • Process accounts payable invoices and deposits for all client properties
  • Assist in monitoring the formal, monthly financial statements of client properties
  • Follow standard procedures to collect delinquent accounts
  • Continuously track budgets and spending habits of properties
  • Assist in preparing formal monthly financial statements for client boards

Qualifications and Education:
  • BA/BS degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, and Word is necessary
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
  • Willingness to develop and grow with the business
