- Analyze, interpret, and document analytical data while maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA standards.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on analytical instruments and lab equipment.
- Partner with cross-functional groups such as R&D and Manufacturing to support product development and release activities.
- Offer technical guidance and assist with training for junior team members when needed.
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical analytical laboratory.
- Strong working knowledge of HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, and dissolution testing.
- Solid documentation practices aligned with cGMP requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience within a CDMO environment.
- Exposure to ingestible powder and oral solid dosage testing.
- Understanding of global regulatory standards and quality systems.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline is required.
