About Hark

About the Role
We're hiring an IT Engineer to own Hark's internal IT infrastructure end-to-end. That means device management, identity and access, onboarding/offboarding, and the day-to-day support that keeps the team running. You'll be the person who makes sure everything just works - and when it doesn't, you fix it fast.
In this high-ownership, hands-on position, you will be responsible for building systems from the ground up, implementing automation where possible, and serving as the primary technical resource for the entire team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $180,000 annually.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
