Ben jij een doorpakker met een duidelijke focus op resultaat? Zoek jij een dynamische werkplek waar je snel kunt schakelen en direct invloed hebt op het succes van het bedrijf? Dan is de functie van Customer Service Medewerker bij JYSK de uitdaging voor jou!
In deze rol ben jij het directe aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en geef jij de beste klantenservice via verschillende kanalen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel geholpen worden en dat hun problemen effectief worden opgelost. Jouw focus ligt op efficiëntie, klanttevredenheid en het behalen van concrete resultaten.
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Snel en efficiënt klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, e-mail, chat en social media.
- Klachten oplossen en zorgen dat ze in de toekomst voorkomen worden.
- Proactief handelen en klantbehoeftes inschatten om direct met oplossingen te komen.
- Samenwerken met je team en collega's in de winkel om optimale resultaten te behalen.
- Extra verkoopkansen creëren door jouw productkennis effectief in te zetten.
Wat jij meebrengt:
- Je hebt MBO4 werk/denkniveau of hoger
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, en beheerst grammatica en spelling uitstekend.
- Je bent iemand met een geweldige en nauwkeurige typevaardigheid.
- Je hebt basiskennis van de Engelse taal (A1-A2)
- Flexibiliteit is de key voor jou
- Je bent resultaatgericht, sociaal en houdt van een dynamische omgeving.
- Je bent minimaal om de week op zaterdag beschikbaar om te werken.
- Sterk communicatie en zelfvertrouwen. Jij weet precies hoe je klanten moet benaderen en overtuigen met jouw zelfvertrouwen.
