Job Summary:
Jerry.ai is America’s first and only super app to radically simplify car ownership. The Senior Manager, Business Operations will own the incubation of new business lines, focusing on market research, product development, and team building to launch revenue-generating products.
Responsibilities:
• You will join an existing product team and focus on learning how we build products, including how to conduct customer research, write product specs, think about feature roadmapping, use Figma and Codex/Claude to build prototypes, work with software engineers and designers, etc.
• You will launch a new business line, starting it completely from scratch. This involves incubating the new vertical, building out its different phases, and successfully launching new products. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring and building a team for the new business line you create.
Qualifications:
Required:
• You likely have 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm.
• You are comfortable juggling multiple complex projects and are ready to transition from advising to owning.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking or a high-growth startup environment.
• You are comfortable running your own complex data analysis and don't need a data scientist to tell you what the numbers mean.
• You have a track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete results.
• You’re comfortable interacting with executives on a daily basis.
