A skilled Carpenter with over 2 years of experience specializing in residential projects is essential to join our small team. This role involves diverse tasks including framing, finishing, and installation, requiring precision, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety. The Carpenter will work closely with teams of 1-3 professionals to deliver quality craftsmanship in residential construction and repair settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks for residential projects
• Install cabinetry, trim, doors, and other fixtures
• Handle and organize materials on site efficiently
• Measure and cut materials accurately to specifications
• Maintain and care for hand and power tools
• Prepare work sites for construction or repair activities
• Conduct repair work to restore or improve structures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry
• Proficient in framing and finish carpentry
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
