This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a multidisciplinary team serving youth ages 10–21 with complex mental health needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work, this is a great opportunity to make a difference.

    About the Program

JCCA's Youth ACT program provides intensive, community-based support to youth and families, helping prevent hospitalization and support successful transitions back home. Services are team-based and highly coordinated, family-driven and youth-guided, focused on improving stability, functioning, and long-term well-being.

    Position Summary

The Program Assistant is a key non-clinical team member responsible for administrative coordination, data management, and operational support.

    • Coordinate with C-SPOA to track and obtain required documentation
    • Support revenue cycle processes, including tracking and reporting
    • Maintain budget and expenditure records for the program
    • Provide front-line support by triaging calls and coordinating communication with families and team members
    • Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with staff
    • Monitor and report on program performance metrics
    • Support administrative operations and special projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting (e.g., healthcare, mental health, residential programs, or human services)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience managing data systems, records, and budgets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new platforms
    • Professional and courteous communication style
    • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)

Salary: $24.72 per hour ($45K annually) + differential offered for Spanish language skills
