Company Description
Ottawa South Chiropractic Clinic is a chiropractic practice in the South Keys neighbourhood of Ottawa, on the corner of busy Bank St and Hunt Club Road.
We are a family run clinic, having opened our doors in 1988. We currently offer chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue and dispense orthotics or custom fit pillows. On site, we offer various modalities, including Thumper, interferential current, therapeutic ultrasound and laser therapy.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic care and massage therapy to the local community. With a focus on patient wellness and satisfaction, the clinic utilises evidence-based techniques to address (neuro-) musculoskeletal issues. Ottawa South Chiropractic Clinic is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and function.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor role, where the Chiropractor will provide patient centred care, preferably on a full-time basis. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is highly encouraged to ensure comprehensive care.
Weekly shifts would be a minimum of 3 days (18+hrs), but can work 6 days a week (27+hrs).
New patients are given to the first available doctor, unless it is a direct referral. We average 8+ new patients a week.
Qualifications

  • Superior patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and proper licenses to practice in Ontario
  • CCPA malpractice insurance
  • Continued commitment to professional development and staying current with industry advancements
  • Bonus: bilingualism, Diversified Training, Activator Training, Thompson Training (drop table), COX Distraction Training, acupuncture certification, Webster certification, social media posting/blog writing
