Responsible for production of all BBQ Protein food prep.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Accountable for following recipe guidelines and specs to ensure BBQ Protein Food Prep consistency and quality
- Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and organization
- Maintain food levels that are consistent with business volume and needs
- Accountable for kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
- Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.
- Cannot be convicted of a felony.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Ability to enforce company's standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
- Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
- Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift
