Jack Flash is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. We are hiring for all shifts and looking for people who enjoy working with the public, staying active throughout their workday, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive experience for every customer who visits our store. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll stay engaged with a variety of responsibilities throughout your shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly service
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Assisting customers with questions and purchases
- Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
- Preparing fresh coffee and maintaining beverage stations
- Performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Supporting overall store operations as needed
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced setting, and taking pride in keeping a store clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
