Summary:

We’re seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to be part of our growing team! The Weiser Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting the Personal Lines team through administrative and customer support tasks.

Customer Service Sales Representative Duties:

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
