Weekend LPN Opportunity 1:1 Private Duty Nursing

Isoke Developmental Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an individual requiring seizure monitoring and health support in a 1:1 private duty home setting in Villanova, PA. This role offers a consistent weekend daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide attentive, person-centered care in a supportive home environment.

What You'll Do

Monitor and respond to seizure activity according to established seizure protocols
Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in health status
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
Maintain a safe and structured environment for the individual
Document services through the EVV documentation system
Communicate with care team and family members regarding any changes in condition

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania LPN License
CPR/BLS Certification

Experience with seizure disorders or neurological conditions preferred

Experience in home care, IDD services, behavioral health, or private duty nursing preferred

Reliable transportation
