The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Industrial Electrician who thrives in the field, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to tackle complex installations across the country. If you have strong hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
This is a 100% travel position.
What You’ll Do
• Install industrial production equipment electrical systems, including conduit (GRC, EMT, galvanized, stainless steel) using manual and hydraulic benders
• Build cable tray systems; pull, route, and terminate wire and cable
• Wire and terminate sensors, motors, MCCs, electrical cabinets, and power distribution panels up to 480V
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, building blueprints, and the NEC
• Troubleshoot, commission, and start up industrial machinery
• Detect and resolve wiring errors and other field issues
• Maintain a safe jobsite and adhere to all safety standards
What You Bring
• Journeyman Electrician license (any U.S. state) or equivalent industrial experience
• Solid background in industrial electrical installation projects
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup of industrial machinery
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time
• Your own hand tools
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week on a regular basis
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $24–$32/hr, based on experience and certifications
• Per Diem: $90/day to cover meals and incidentals while traveling
