Position Summary

The Account Executive will work alongside their manager to ensure effective client service and account management. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the OOH workflow, as well as the overall sector and media buying/planning industry. Qualified candidates will be eager to learn, excited to join a creative team, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Have a strong understanding of the OOH landscape and media owners in US markets
  • Plan and implement OOH campaigns from initial brief to the post campaign analysis
  • Train and manage Junior AEs to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Consistently utilize key media measurement tools (i.e. Geopath) and Rapport proprietary tools to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs
  • Work alongside IPG lead agencies to deliver holistic media plans that meet client needs and requirements
  • Help build client presentations and participate in client meetings along with Manager/AMD
  • Retain and grow existing client budgets and develop new business from existing accounts
  • Staying up to date with market updates and insights and preparing marketing materials as needed
  • Delegate work as needed to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take on tasks/projects outside of day-to-day responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years' media planning experience, preferably with an OOH or full-service media agency
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Supportive team player yet confident to work under own initiative
