Nous avons presentement une opportunite en tant que Representant(e) du service a la clientele bilingue. Ce poste sera base a la fois a la maison et au bureau et relevera de notre bureau de St-Laurent. Il releve du directrice du service a la clientele.

IPEX est a la recherche d'un professionnel du service a la clientele pour se joindre a son equipe. Le candidat retenu s'occupera de plusieurs comptes et travaillera a tous les niveaux de l'organisation, en plus de servir nos clients a l'externe.

Principales responsabilites

Le representant du service a la clientele travaillera dans un environnement tres dynamique pour repondre aux demandes des clients concernant les commandes, les devis, les demandes de renseignements sur les produits et les verifications des stocks/prix. Travaillant dans un environnement en constante evolution, cette personne devra effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois tout en maintenant la plus haute qualite de service a la clientele :

  • Repondre aux demandes concernant le prix, la livraison, l'etat des commandes ou l'assistance technique.

  • Resoudre les retards, les problemes de service et les disputes

  • Saisir, valider et suivre les commandes des clients par EDI, fax et telephone, a l'aide de notre solution ERP interne.

  • Verifier les numeros de compte des clients, les prix, les conditions, les exigences de livraison, etc.

  • Suivre les commandes en attente et s'assurer que la production, les achats et la distribution reagissent en consequence Preparer les devis

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les autres departements de l'equipe de service pour assurer un service precis dans toutes les directions.

  • Fournir une assistance technique en se referant aux diverses publications de l'IPEX.

  • Repondre a toutes les demandes des clients dans les meilleurs delais.

  • Forte volonte d'etablir des relations solides avec les clients, basees sur la satisfaction de ces derniers

  • Gestion globale des commandes et des demandes des clients

  • Comprehension des relations de prix et/ou capacite a organiser les informations sur les prix

  • Maitrise du systeme informatique IPEX

  • Relations avec les collegues internes et capacite a resoudre les problemes et les litiges en consultant les membres appropries de l'equipe.

  • Attitude positive et esprit d'equipe

  • Haut degre d'organisation et de precision

  • Comportement et competences au telephone

Qualifications et experience

  • Une attitude tres professionnelle et un devouement avere a fournir un excellent service a la clientele dans des fonctions anterieures.

  • Au moins 5 ans d'experience en tant que representant du service clientele

  • Excellentes competences en matiere de gestion du temps et de suivi, y compris la capacite a equilibrer efficacement la qualite et la quantite de travail. Excellentes competences informatiques et Internet, en particulier Microsoft Office et le courrier electronique.

  • Capacite averee a resoudre efficacement les problemes et les plaintes des clients avec patience.

  • Solides competences en matiere de communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais.

  • Excellent esprit d'equipe et capacite averee a s'integrer dans un environnement d'equipe positif et a le favoriser.

  • Une experience dans l'industrie est un atout.

Job Summary

IPEX is seeking a dynamic Customer Service professional to join their team. You will support multiple accounts and work across all levels of the organization, in addition to serving our customers externally.

Principal Responsibilities

You will work in a high-volume environment to respond to customer requests for orders, quotes, product inquiries and stock checks/prices. Working in a fast-paced environment, the incumbent will multi-task while maintaining the highest quality of customer service:

  • Respond to inquiries regarding price, delivery, or technical support

  • Respond to inquiries regarding status of customer orders

  • Resolve delays, service problems and disputes

  • Enter, release and track customer orders via fax, and phone

  • Verify customer account numbers, pricing, terms, delivery requirements etc.

  • Track backorders and ensure production, purchasing and distribution are reacting accordingly Prepare quotations

  • Liaise with other departments from the service team to ensure proper service from all directions

  • Provide technical support by referring to various IPEX publications

  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Overall management of sales orders and customer inquiries

  • Understanding of pricing relationships, and/or ability to organize price information

  • A firm grasp of the IPEX computer system

Qualifications & experience

  • A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service in previous roles - comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer service representative

  • Bilingual in both English and French

  • Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output

  • Excellent computer and internet skills, especially Microsoft Office and email

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints patiently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good team player, including the demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment

  • Industry experience is an asset

  • SAP knowledge an asset
