Here, you will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of patent and trademark litigation.  Your responsibility will be commensurate with your experience and demonstrated capabilities.
 
Patent Litigator Requirements:
  * 2-5 years of IP litigation experience, with an emphasis on patent cases
  * Minimum BS from a STEM curriculum (i.e., patent bar eligibility)
  * JD, MA state bar
  * USPTO registration preferred
  * Stable work history
  * Excellent academic credentials
