What do we ask?
  • Manage and maintain the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems
  • Lead internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments, coordinating corrective and preventive actions
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, safety incidents, and environmental concerns, performing root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality, safety, and environmental programs, procedures, and training
  • Analyze QHSE performance metrics and trends, identifying opportunities to improve product quality, workplace safety, environmental performance, and process efficiency.
  • Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits while maintaining documentation and records required for compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and OSHA requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Management, to improve processes, reduce risk, and support business objectives
  • Other related duties as apparent or assigned.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with:
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree level education or relevant work experience
Engineering, or Quality preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills are also important.
2-3 years' experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an ISO based QMS
Knowledge working with OSHA regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
Knowledge of inspection equipment, procedures, and methods
As well as knowledge of quality assurance methods, procedures, and systems
Working knowledge of precision tooling and surface enhancement coatings is preferred
Must have the ability to devise or modify methods or processes to solve specific problems, ability to manage multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet established deadlines
The ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally (minimally 10%) is required
Additionally, the candidate must be able to pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
